Ultra-Safe Surgical Packages
The Ultra-Safe Surgical Packages offered by Guiavital are subject to these general Terms and Conditions, but also include additional specific terms. These additional terms describe Guiavital’s commitment in coordinating, following up, and certain aspects of the service related to the surgery or treatment offered.

Description of Services
Guiavital provides a platform that offers users options for specialists in various health fields. Patients are free to decide if they wish to accept, decline, or not take the medical, surgical, or other treatment services offered by the selected specialists.
Guiavital does not directly provide medical, surgical, or health services. Our role is limited to offering a list of specialized professionals for your consideration. The specialist is solely responsible for providing the services that the patient decides to contract. Guiavital does not guarantee the outcome of the treatments nor is it responsible for the decisions made by the specialists.
Conditions of Use
By using Guiavital’s services, you agree to:
Use our platform legally and ethically, without engaging in activities that may harm the integrity of the platform or other users.Not use the platform to conduct illegal, fraudulent, or rights-infringing activities.
Provide truthful and up-to-date information when registering and communicating with specialists.
Limitation of Liability
Guiavital is not responsible for services contracted between the patient and the specialist. Once the patient selects and contracts the services of a specialist, all responsibility for the services provided lies directly with the medical professional or specialist. This includes the quality of service, diagnosis, treatments, and any medical actions or recommendations made.
Guiavital does not guarantee specific results and is not responsible for medical decisions or complications that may arise during treatment. Any claim related to the provision of medical services must be directed to the respective specialist.
Guiavital’s responsibility is limited solely to the amounts it receives for its own services offered on the platform. We are not responsible for payments made directly by the patient to the specialist or for any associated refunds.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, and technology used on Guiavital’s platform are the exclusive property of Guiavital and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No user is authorized to copy, distribute, modify, or use this content without Guiavital’s explicit consent.
Modifications to Terms and Conditions
Guiavital reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be notified to users via our platform or by email. It is the user’s responsibility to periodically review these terms to stay informed of any changes.
Refund Policy
Guiavital has a limited refund policy, applicable only to the amounts Guiavital receives for its own services. Guiavital is not responsible for amounts the patient pays directly to the specialist. If you wish to request a refund for any payment made to a specialist, you must contact them directly, as each specialist has their own refund policy.
Voluntary Mediation: Guiavital, as a sign of support, may act as a mediator between the patient and the specialist in case of a disagreement over a refund or any other aspect of the service. However, this mediation does not imply any responsibility on Guiavital’s part, and any agreement or solution will be between the patient and the specialist.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute related to the use of Guiavital’s services will be managed under the jurisdiction of Colombian laws. In case of conflicts, the parties agree to try to resolve the issue amicably. If no agreement is reached, the competent jurisdiction will be that of the courts of Colombia.
Personal Data Processing Agreement
Guiavital, in compliance with Law 1581 of 2012 and related regulations on personal data protection in Colombia, guarantees that your data will be handled with maximum security and confidentiality. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also accept our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
When Guiavital works with third parties (such as payment processing companies or marketing services) that need to handle users’ data, we will ensure that these third parties sign a Data Processing Agreement that guarantees the protection of the information in accordance with current regulations. These third parties will be required to comply with the same security and confidentiality standards as Guiavital.
Applicable Law
This agreement will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be brought before the competent courts in Colombia.
